How Can I Help?

Frequently Asked Questions
At Ace Bath, we understand that renovation projects can be stressful. That’s why we want to give you your renovated home as fast as possible.
We complete most bathroom remodels in around one to two weeks. An average kitchen remodel takes around one month. Unforeseen issues like materials not being delivered on time can increase your project’s duration.
After you get in touch with us, the owner will get back to you with a call to discuss your project at a glance and offer a price estimate. Then, we set up an in-home consultation. We’ll go over your ideas for the project and cover everything from designs to materials. After all the details are finalized and your pricing is clear, we sign the contract and get to work.
You’ll have a clear schedule right from the start and you’ll know exactly what will happen during each stage of the project. We’ll also set you up with an account on Buildertrend, a platform that allows you to see real-time progress and updates from our crew. Once the work is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough and when you’re pleased with the results, we’ll collect the final payment.
Since your satisfaction is our top priority, we also do a follow-up after 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year to make sure you’re still happy with your renovation.
Of course. You can refer to our reviews page or reach out to us directly. We want you to be as comfortable as possible with your decision to work with us. That’s why we’re fully transparent with all of our past projects.
No. At Ace Bath, we have licensed plumbers, electricians, and gas technicians that take care of every aspect of your home. You can rest assured that your home will be renovated to the highest standards.
Depending on the scale of your project, you may require a permit. If any structural changes, electrical or plumbing work is done, we’ll need a permit to complete the renovation. If your renovation requires one, we’ll take care of it for you.
